The Work
You don’t need to be broken to want something to shift.
Most of the people who find their way here are doing just fine. Showing up for work, taking care of others, keeping things moving. But underneath, something feels off.
You've learned how to hold it all together. To push through. To do what's needed. That skill probably kept you safe once, but now it's keeping you stuck.
Maybe you've read the books, tried the practices, even done therapy. They helped. But the feeling still lingers—that quiet ache that says there's more than this.
How we work
We meet for 60 minutes—sometimes weekly to build momentum, sometimes biweekly to give space for integration. We find the rhythm that supports your life, not adds to it.
This isn't therapy. I'm not here to diagnose or fix. We work with what's present. The patterns, the reactions, the moments when you feel stuck or disconnected. Together, we get curious about what's underneath.
Some sessions are conversational. Others might involve breath work, somatic awareness, or simply sitting with what arises. The work meets you where you are.
There's no homework. No curriculum. Just honest exploration of what wants to be seen, and gentle practice in meeting yourself with compassion instead of judgment.
Over time, the space between trigger and reaction grows. You start to notice when an old pattern shows up. You get curious instead of critical. You remember what it feels like to respond instead of react.
1:1 Coaching Packages
Foundation
$1,350
6 sessions (60 minutes each). To be used within 3 months of start date. This package helps you build awareness, reconnect to your body, and begin cultivating self-compassion. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. This is where the work begins, learning to notice, to pause, to meet yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.
Deepening
$2,400
12 sessions (60 minutes each). To be used within 6 months of start date. For those continuing the work and ready to integrate it into daily life and relationships. You’ll deepen awareness and practice embodied regulation. The space between sessions allows time to notice what shifts, to play with new patterns, to let the work settle.
Integration
$4200 - $4,800
20-24 sessions (60 minutes each). To be used within 12 months of start date. For those seeking a long-term relationship with this work. Continued exploration, reflection, and anchoring into everyday life. This is where the practice becomes part of how you move through the world. Not something you do, but something you are.
Finding Your Rhythm
The frequency of sessions is determined together. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to build early momentum, while others benefit from more space between sessions to integrate. Each package includes flexibility, but all sessions must be used within the set timeframe to maintain consistency and support growth.
How This Differs from Therapy
This coaching is not clinical or diagnostic. Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while coaching meets what's present. Together, we work with awareness, compassion, and curiosity to help you respond to life with greater ease and understanding.
Cohort Circles
Small groups (6–12 people) meeting every other week for twelve weeks.
These aren't teaching sessions or group therapy. They're spaces to practice together—slowing down, feeling, remembering you're not alone in finding your way back to yourself.
Each gathering creates room for reflection, honest sharing, and the kind of connection that reminds us we were never meant to carry it all alone.
Format: 90-minute sessions, virtual or in-person
Duration: 12 weeks, meeting every other week
Cohorts form periodically throughout the year. If you're curious about joining the next circle, reach out and I'll share details about timing and investment.
