The Mountain Reset & 12-Week Integration
A dedicated space to catch your breath, calm your nervous system, and figure out what’s actually going on underneath it all.
The Invitation
You might look at your life on paper—your career, your relationships, the things you've built—and feel like everything should be fine. But if you're being honest, you don't feel peace.
Between providing, delivering at work, showing up for your family, and feeling the constant pressure to have all the answers, it’s easy to spend months—or years—running in high gear. You might not even know exactly what the "problem" is. You just know that your system never gets a real chance to settle down.
If your first thought is that you don't have the bandwidth for another commitment, I get it. But this isn't another project to manage. It’s a space to step off the wheel and set down some of the things you’ve been carrying alone.
"The point of this cohort isn't to escape your life or offer a magic cure. We are simply taking time to quiet the noise and calm your nervous system, so we can finally see what's happening underneath it all."
What You'll Actually Take Home
A weekend in the mountains is an incredible way to gain clarity. But if we're honest, it's hard to hold onto that clarity when you get back to your kids, your partner, and your inbox on Monday morning. That's why the mountain retreat is just the beginning.
Most guys leave a weekend feeling clear, only to crash back into the same family friction, work stress, and coping habits by Wednesday. Integration is the bridge. We take you out of high-gear performance mode on the mountain, and then spend 12 weeks practicing how to stay grounded when real life hits—in your marriage, your parenting, your health, and your career.
Real Shifts From Past Participants
- One participant re-engaged in his relationship and got engaged.
- Another quit drinking after years of trying on his own.
- One moved through severe social anxiety to step up at work.
- Another found his true direction and launched a small business.
That didn't happen because of a weekend high—it happened because they had an honest community supporting them as they did the work for themselves.
